TERMS OF SALE
It is your responsibility to ensure that goods that have been ordered can be delivered, and will fit in to any entranceways/hallways/corridors etc and are wide enough for the goods to pass through and will also fit in the required location within the delivery premises.
All deliveries must be unpacked by the customer so that you can check over the condition of the goods before signing the delivery note. If any fault or damage is detected, this must be written on the delivery note. Once goods have been accepted and signed for, we cannot accept claims for goods damaged in transit if you have not indicated damage on the delivery note. If you don’t check goods please ask the the driver to write unchecked on the receipt.
Our drivers are very careful, however we can't accept responsibility for any damage to your property whilst delivering your goods.
All the orders will be dispatched to the address provided after clear payment. The Buyer is responsible for providing a full and correct address in message to us.
Any customer refusing delivery of goods for any reason other than goods damaged in transit will be responsible for the delivery costs to the customer and the return to our warehouse, customer is obligate to cover the cost of re-delivery and 25% handling charge. The company reserves the right to refuse return, when items are damaged, already assembled or pre-assembled, not suitable for sale as a brand new one or not properly packed at the moment of completing return.
The company is not responsible for any damages of purchase products during its shipping by use other methods of transport including own collection of product by customer from our the place.
If order is cancelled by our Company, any payments will be reimbursed within 30 days from the date of cancelling order.
PAYMENTS & DELIVERY
Our preferred method of payment is online payment system Worldpay (GBP, Euro) and PayU (PLN), Payment Cards. Please note that couriers do not accept cash. Unpaid orders will not be processed.
Shipping only to European countries: Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, United Kingdom, Wales, Scotland, Ireland. Before approving the purchase contact us to arrange the delivery costs. Without contact us for arrange costs of international delivery We will cancel the purchase.
Make sure you read and understand DELIVERY conditions. Delivery cost depends on distance between the destination and our post code E16 4TL.
Be sure that access to the room where the product going into is easy access.
Please note that deliveries are made by one person and to the front door/ground floor of the premises. The courier is not obliged to carry the item upstairs or longer distance that extra cost £10. Please inform us about these situations in a text message when purchasing the product.
Our basic delivery service is a one man delivery. We require that you responsible to give help our the driver to carry product or arrange own any help for our driver.
Our additional delivery service is a two men delivery and we require that you must add £20 additional fee for this delivery.
If a customer wants to pick up your product from our address after prior arrangements with us being in touch. Personal collection after contact with us.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
All our products are made to your specification. Customer needs to ensure that items are checked on delivery before accepting them. We require that items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items returned outside of this time will not be considered for refund. With a custom order other them on webside special project for customer against a non-refundable deposit.
The buyer pays all delivery and return costs. We accept return of goods when it is brand new and in original packaging.
